Sam Anderson is an artist living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She grew up on Massachusetts’ North Shore, where she was first instructed in painting and drawing by her grandmother. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design and an Masters of Environmental Studies from York University. Her work currently explores her relationship with herself and her children as she undergoes matrescence.
